2. WE HELP YOU ENROL

A dedicated representative will guide you through the enrolment and payment procedures.

3. RECEIVE YOUR LIFECELL ID, COLLECTION KIT AND DOCUMENTS

• Receive your unique LifeCell CRM Number, a 12-digit identifier serving as your long-term LifeCell ID.
• Within 24 hours of completing enrolment and payment, you receive your invoice, payment receipt and service agreements via email.
• Your LifeCell collection kit will be delivered within 24 hours post-enrolment and payment completion, or within 4 hours upon request for same-day delivery.

4. SAMPLE COLLECTION

The kit must be taken to the hospital for the collection of cord blood, cord tissue, and maternal blood. It includes detailed instructions for the hospital staff.

5. SAMPLE TRANSFER TO LAB

For stem cell transfer and processing, call us at least 4 hours before delivery in the cities of Dubai, Sharjah, or Ajman. For all other UAE locations, call at least 8 hours before delivery to arrange sample pickup and collection. Our logistics team will safely transport the sample to the lab for processing.

6. PRESERVATION & CERTIFICATES

The harvested stem cells will be preserved at LifeCell’s partner facility in Dubai. Your digital preservation certificates will be available within 30 days of sample collection. You will receive an email with instructions on accessing your certificates, service agreements, and invoices through your digital account on www.lifecell.ae.
